As a property manager, Lisa ensures that your property maintains a low vacancy rate while managing the full life cycle of the rental process. The position can consists of advertising, showing the units, reviewing applications, maintaining the property, approving tenants for properties, collecting rents and enforcing the lease. While coordinating all facilities maintenance, managing all vendor relationship[s, she also does the routinely inspections that are required.
